Sunshine Cleaning Service is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, reliable Appointment Setter to help introduce our cleaning services to local residents and businesses.

This position is remote, phone-based, and flexible:
You make warm introduction calls → If they’re interested, you set the appointment → We handle the rest.

No selling.
No quoting.

Just friendly outreach & relationship building.

⭐️ PAY STRUCTURE (Simple & Straightforward)

Residential Cleanings:

➡ $50 for every residential job that books a cleaning through your appointment

Commercial Cleanings:

➡ $100 for every commercial job that books a cleaning through your appointment

Large Commercial Bonus:

➡ Extra bonus on large commercial contracts ($10,000+)

You are never responsible for pricing, quoting, or closing — only for setting the appointment.

Responsibilities

  • Call local residents, businesses, property managers, local businesses & offices
  • Introduce Sunshine Cleaning Service using our simple conversation guide
  • Answer basic questions (we provide all the info)
  • Set appointments for walkthroughs
  • Send contact info or website link when requested
  • Maintain a light call log of who answered and who was interested
  • Communicate professionally and warmly
  • Represent the brand in a positive and approachable manner

Experience is preferred but not required — we’ll train you with an easy script.
